KM² Solutions is pleased to announce, through its KM² University initiative, the rollout of a new Leadership Training & Development Program. The “Contact Center Supervisor Qualification Program” is now underway and will be run concurrently across all countries of operation.
All supervisors will be required to undertake this training which involves three-day in-classroom tuition with training on operations systems software, plus managing productivity, reporting, coaching, training, and interpersonal skills.
These interactive sessions will involve working in groups or pairs while researching and sharing ideas. At the end of the three-day program, completion certificates will be awarded, with a follow-up quiz to be taken via the KM² Learning Management System (LMS) a week later to gauge comprehension.
Once this first round of training has been completed, we will open this up to other standout agents and QAs as a form of pre-training for supervisory positions. This will run on a regular schedule throughout the calendar. Those who have attended and completed this course will get preferential consideration for upcoming promotions.
