As Caribbean economies slowly rebound amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, KM2 Solutions, the largest US-based, Business Process Outsourcer (Contact Center) in the Eastern Caribbean, continues to expand its operation in St. Lucia. The company, having already surpassed 1,000 employees, is now adding capacity to expand its workforce to over 1,400 in total. In doing so, the company has kept a promise made to the Prime Minister of St. Lucia, the Honourable Allen Chastanet, during its last expansion project in the summer of 2018. At that time, the company had launched its second site in St. Lucia and added capacity for 300 employees.

Since entering the Saint Lucian market in 2004, KM2 Solutions operated out of a 20,000 square-foot office space in Union, with capacity for 600 agents. In 2018, the company expanded to a second building in Massade that now employs an additional 350 agents and over 50 supporting staff members. Now the company is adding 7,000 square feet of office space to the Massade building. This will bring that facility to 30,000 square feet, more than double the 2018 footprint, and will allow for 200 more agents and nearly half as many supporting staff members, bringing total available employment capacity to 1400.
The Prime Minister of St. Lucia, the Honourable Allen Chastanet, joined KM2 Solutions at the groundbreaking ceremony in 2018. At the ceremony, KM2 Solution’s Founder and CEO, David Kreiss, made a promise to continue growing the St. Lucia operation to over 1,000 employees.

Even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, KM2 Solutions has remained a stable and resilient business.
