1,000 New Jobs in St. Lucia
Expansion Brings National Capacity to 2,500

KM² Solutions, a leading provider of nearshore outsourcing services, is proud to announce a major expansion in St. Lucia. Work is underway at Orange Grove Plaza in Bois d’Orange, Gros Islet, where the company is developing a new, state-of-the-art contact center facility.
The 40,000 sq. ft. site will ultimately house 850 workstations, as well as training rooms, common areas, a cafeteria, conference rooms, and offices. It will complement KM²’s existing operations in Union and Massade, with the potential to create 1,000 new jobs, bringing the total workforce capacity in St. Lucia to 2,500, spread across its three locations.

St. Lucia has been a cornerstone of KM²’s success since the company launched operations here more than 20 years ago. St. Lucia was the very first site for KM² and has been the catalyst for continued growth over the following decades. Today, KM² operates across six nearshore markets, including Barbados, Grenada, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras, with a global workforce of over 6,000.

This expansion reflects both the strength of St. Lucia’s workforce and the growing demand from U.S. clients for reliable, nearshore business services. The new facility will launch in three phases. The first phase, which will support 300 new jobs, is scheduled to go live in August.
