We review eligible candidates based on hiring needs and conduct extensive pre-employment testing and screening at this stage. We analyze their English language proficiency through Versant English testing, measuring grammar, reading and listening skills, vocabulary, sentence structure, verbal comprehension, and reasoning. A minimum ‘b2 level’ is required to be considered for placement. We also assess computer literacy and internet knowledge, math, attention to detail, learning ability, typing speed and accuracy, and competency in key subject areas.
