of Ray Valentine, CTO

KM² Solutions, a leading provider of nearshore customer experience and business process outsourcing services, announces the retirement of Ray Valentine, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), after 15 years of dedicated and transformative service.

Ray joined KM² Solutions in 2008 as the CTO, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and experience in technology leadership. Over the past 15 years, Ray has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s technological direction, innovation, and growth. His leadership and vision have been pivotal in establishing KM² Solutions as a world-class technology organization.

During his tenure, Ray Valentine spearheaded numerous technological advancements that have positioned KM² Solutions at the forefront of innovation in customer experience and business process outsourcing. His strategic guidance led to the application and development of cutting-edge solutions that not only improved operational efficiency but also enhanced the overall customer experience for our clients.

Under Ray’s guidance, KM² Solutions achieved tremendous growth from a two-site, two-country operation in the Caribbean to a twelve-site, six-country operation spanning the Caribbean and Latin America. His dedication to fostering a culture of innovation has led to a team of talented professionals who continue to drive technological advancements that set industry standards. Ray’s retirement marks the end of an era at KM² Solutions, but his legacy will continue to inspire and influence the company’s technological endeavors.

Ray will be succeeded in the CTO role by Michelle Pittsenbarger, KM²’s former Vice President of Information Security. Michelle’s background and wealth of experience, both prior to joining KM² and her demonstrable successes during her tenure here, make her the perfect successor to build on the immeasurable efforts of Ray and his team in establishing KM² as an industry leader and technological powerhouse.

A surprise celebration of Ray Valentine’s contributions and retirement took place at our technology hub in Columbus, Ohio, on the 24th of August, where colleagues, friends, and associates gathered to express their gratitude and well wishes. The leadership team and all the employees at KM² Solutions wish Ray all the best in his well-deserved retirement.
