Opens New Contact Center in Metaverse
New office in the virtual universe to support high-quality BPO services.

KM² Solutions is proud to announce the expansion of its contact center outsourcing business into the Metaverse. The company has just signed a 500-year virtual lease in the Decentraland universe. The initial buildout will be for 5,000 seats, with the opportunity to expand indefinitely. The agent population will be staffed by human-simulated representatives created by ChatGPT and Google’s New AI bot, Bard. KM²’s Metaverse teams will be able to support all current lines of business, including customer experience support, accounts receivable, and back-office processing.
Although this new location diverges slightly from KM²’s exclusive Nearshore strategy (Caribbean and Latin America), we believe that it still supports our company’s value proposition of high-quality, multilingual support that is close to home. Instead of short, direct flights to their Nearshore teams, clients will be able to visit these offices by logging into a virtual reality headset console. Customer support teams will be able to engage with customers in not only English and Spanish, but all languages ever known to humankind. And since the Metaverse is exclusively online, this will reduce many overhead costs, such as telephony and facility maintenance. These cost savings will be passed on directly to our clients.
Although KM² Solutions is not taking new office space in the Metaverse, we are growing in many locations, including St. Lucia, Grenada, and Colombia!
