2020 was a year of dramatic change. Businesses worldwide were forced to adapt to operational changes amid stay-at-home orders and strict safety protocols. KM² Solutions was no exception and met these challenges head-on by protecting our people and providing continuity for our clients. And despite the challenges, we experienced our 16th consecutive year of uninterrupted growth! Here are some of the achievements KM² has made throughout the year.

GROWTH IN SCALE & SCOPE

Having demonstrated our flexibility in rapid scale-down, scale-up scenarios, we not only took on new lines-of-business but added exciting new clients to our portfolio.

  • Double-digit revenue growth
  • Undertook new lines-of-business for existing clients
  • Acquired new business from major U.S. companies across multiple verticals
OUR OFFICES AND PEOPLE

We continued to make major investments in both our brick-and-mortar operations and in our people and their potential.

  • Increased capacity in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, and St. Lucia
  • Celebrated 10-Years of successful operations in Grenada
  • Reimagined our Leadership Development Program (KM² University)
COVID-19 RESPONSE AND WORK-FROM-HOME
The swift rollout of our Business Continuity Measures helped secure our people while keeping our clients’ operational.
  • Rapid deployment of our work-from-home model (50% of our workforce secured remotely)
  • Implemented on-site sanitization and safety protocols, including the provision of on-site medical teams, masks, shields, and application of distancing measures
FINANCING THE FUTURE

In December, KM² solutions closed on a financial transaction with private equity firm H.I.G. Capital. This partnership will fuel growth, expansion, and investment in new technologies. The KM² management team still retains total control of the business ensuring that everything that has helped our company grow over the past 16+ years will remain intact.
