KM² Solutions (“KM²” or the “Company”), a provider of world class outsourcing services, recently sold a minority stake in the Company to an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The capital raise will provide KM² with a long-term, well-capitalized financial partner who will support KM²’s mission of becoming the leader in Nearshore contact center outsourcing. Since 2004, KM² Solutions has developed an extensive footprint throughout the Caribbean and Latin America for clients seeking high-quality, cost-effective, bilingual BPO services. The growth capital will support the Company’s continued expansion into high-growth markets as well as investments in next-generation customer experience technologies.
