Opens New Contact Center in St. George's, Grenada

KM² Solutions, a leader in nearshore outsourcing, is proud to announce the opening of its newest facility in Grenada’s capital, St. George’s. Located in the Spice Basket complex, a short distance from Grenada’s international airport and hotels, the facility will feature cutting-edge technology and infrastructure, ensuring that KM² is able to provide its clients with the highest level of service and support.

KM² Solutions has been operating in Grenada since 2010, with its existing 18,000 sq/ft complex in Grenada’s second largest town, Grenville, home to approximately 500 employees. This new addition of 28,000 sq/ft in St. George’s will allow for 500 new production workstations and create a total of 650 new jobs, providing an economic boost for the local community.

This new facility in St. George’s will give KM2 access to a population of 70,000 people in the city and surrounding environs which also holds an international talent pool due to school systems nearby, including St. George’s University, one of the largest medical schools in the region.

As KM² more than doubles the size of its Grenada operations, this high-growth period will also see significant internal promotions as the demand for program managers and supervisors increases.
