Last year, KM² Solutions celebrated 15 years of operations in Grenada. Today, that foundation is fueling new client programs, driving expansion, and creating new career opportunities across the island.
Over the past decade and a half, Grenada has become an important part of KM²’s nearshore delivery network. The operation has delivered a range of customer care and back-office services, including programs serving leading financial services clients across North America. Grenada teams consistently demonstrate some of the highest retention rates and longest employee tenure across the KM² network, reflecting the strength of the island’s talent and leadership.
Today, KM² operates two contact centers in Grenada, located in Grenville in the parish of St. Andrew and in Beaulieu, St. George’s. The company opened its second location in St. George’s in 2023, as part of its continued expansion on the island, and the Grenville operation also expanded last year as KM² invested further in local delivery capacity. Together, these sites serve a growing portfolio of client programs and continue to play a key role in the company’s regional strategy.
As demand for nearshore delivery continues to grow, KM² is actively expanding its Grenada operations to support new and existing programs for financial services clients in the United States. In 2025 alone, the company added more than 250 new roles, bringing total national delivery capacity in Grenada to approximately 1,450 professionals. Recruitment continues as KM² adds talent across both locations to meet rising client demand.
