Major Expansions in Grenada and
Saint Lucia, Adding 1,250 New Jobs

KM² Solutions, a leading provider of nearshore outsourcing services, is pleased to announce the completion of significant expansions to its Grenada and Saint Lucia operations, adding 1,250 jobs and increasing the company’s combined capacity in both countries to nearly 4,000.

In Grenada, now celebrating its 15th year of operations, KM² has created 250 jobs through the 8,000 square foot expansion of its Seamoon site in Grenville. The new space includes 225 production seats, a conference room, a training room, and office space, bringing the total workforce at that location to 800. This follows last year’s launch of KM²’s second Grenada facility at the Spice Basket in St. George’s, which added 650 jobs to the local market.

In Saint Lucia, where KM² Solutions first began operations in 2004, construction is now complete on a new 40,000 square foot contact center at Orange Grove Plaza in Bois D’Orange, Gros Islet. The state-of-the-art facility features 850 workstations, training rooms, common areas, and modern amenities. It complements KM²’s existing two locations in Union and Massade, bringing the total capacity on the island to 2,500.
