KM² Solutions Announces Retirement of Bob Wrightson, Vice President of Operations, Barbados

KM² Solutions, a leading provider of nearshore customer experience and business process outsourcing services, announces the retirement of Bob Wrightson, Vice President of Operations, Barbados, after six years of distinguished service and leadership. Bob will be retiring at the end of this calendar year.
Bob joined KM² Solutions in 2017, bringing to the company his extensive experience as an executive of international corporations and his expertise in fast-growing business environments. Bob’s pragmatic and hands-on approach has been instrumental in driving KM²‘s strategic vision in Barbados, and his transformational leadership has seen him drive performance while spearheading year-on-year growth throughout his tenure.

A celebration of Bob’s tenure and achievements took place in Barbados on the 7th of December. Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Joe Benedetto, Senior Vice President of Regional Operations Marvin Bartholomew, and Senior Vice President of Client Services Marc Mele were all in attendance, along with key members from the KM² Barbados family.
