KM² Solutions Completes Expansion at Massade Site

KM2 Solutions, the largest Business Process Outsourcer (Contact Center) in the Eastern Caribbean, is pleased to announce the completion of the latest expansion of its facility in Massade, St. Lucia. This 7,000 square foot addition brings that facility to a total of 30,000 square feet and allows for 200 more on-site agents and supporting staff. Combined with the 20,000 square foot facility in Union, this will now allow for a total on-site capacity of over 1400 employees across both locations.

KM2 Solutions St. Lucia currently employs 1218 staff and counting, keeping its promise to the Prime Minister of St. Lucia, the Honourable Allen Chastanet, to exceed its target of 1000 employees, made on completion of the last expansion project in the summer of 2018.
