On Wednesday, November 17th, 2021, KM² Solutions celebrated the opening of its new facility in the Dominican Republic, NS Outsourcing. “NS Outsourcing powered by KM² Solutions,” as it is now known, is the collective brand representing our business in the Dominican Republic. The event, which lasted two hours, consisted of speeches of gratitude for our employee’s hard work and the accomplishments which brought us to where we are today, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tour of the new office. In attendance was the Dominican Minister of Industry and Commerce, Ito Bisonó, as well as our employees, our executive team, and our financial partners at H.I.G. Capital.
NS Outsourcing is the Dominican extension and a sub-brand of the KM2 Solutions enterprise, servicing the same clients and sharing the internal infrastructure of KM2 Solutions. NS Outsourcing allows KM2 to tailor our employee experience to the Dominican market. KM2 Solutions plans to make the Dominican Republic a flagship location within its global portfolio. Providing high-quality bilingual solutions across major verticals, the current office has just eclipsed 400 employees with the expectation of growing to 1000 employees by the end of 2023. This new state-of-the-art facility is located in a free trade zone at Calle Padre Fantino Falco 38, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
